Shipping and Returns

Shipping:

Inside Cairo, shipping takes 3-5 working days.

To Alexandria and other governorates inside Egypt, shipping takes around 7 working days. 

 

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it for you.

If you received a wrong order, were missing an item or received a damaged product we will cover the shipping cost to make sure your order is as satisfactory as possible.  

Exchanges:

It has been drawn to our attention that exchanges and returns of books and publications are not allowed according to the consumer protection agency. Accordingly, please reach out to us if you have any questions about a book before processing your order.
